Reesie, a blind dachshund, and her person, Paul Lachance, visited the library in October to share Paul's picture book Reesie the Blind Dachshund.
Paul is a first-time children’s book author. After a career in the software technology world, he is satisfying a different creative side of his brain, writing, making music, and enjoying the simpler side of life. All profits from this book will be donated to Guiding Eyes for the Blind, which works to enrich the lives of the blind and visually impaired by providing them with superbly bred and expertly trained guide dogs.
